The problem
96 paying members were built entirely manually over seven months — every lead conversation, every payment, every renewal. Growth was capped at how many WhatsApp threads one person could handle. The business needed to scale without scaling labor.
What we built
A WhatsApp-based automated lead generation and membership management system. Meta ads drive Click-to-WhatsApp conversations. The system qualifies leads, pulls them through a payment flow, and routes confirmed members into a three-tab CRM (New Leads / Pending Payment / Members) for renewal tracking.
